Reprint Repayment Schedule

Loan performer gives the user to re print for the borrowers their repayment schedules after the loan was long disbursed. Usually LPF has the options to print loan schedules at the time of entering Loan Application or Disbursement.This option therefore is used when the user wants to reprint the repayment schedule at a later time.

Print range of loans: Tick this option so as to print a range of Loan schedules. By default it is not ticked and the From Loan No to Loan No are deactivated. Once this option is used, the report will display the repayment of all the loan numbers one after the other for printing.

From Loan No: Enter the number or double click in this box to get a screen from which to select a loan number. This will be the client number on which you want your report to start. e.g. "KA/000001" in the screen above, the report to be generated will start at e.g. "KA/000003". You can key in the loan numbers for the range into them or you can double-click on those boxes and choose the appropriate loans from the list of loan on the following screen:

Loan No: This option give the user the option to select/ choose only one loan number to print the repayment schedule.

Note that you need to specify the client type for which you want to reprint either individual or group.

Choose: Double click on this button to select a specific loan that you need to reprint. This will lead to a screen from which you select that looks like one below:

Double-click on the selected loan or click on it and press the button "Pick" to bring the loan number on the "Reprint Repayment Schedule" screen. You can do a search on the client name by entering some characters of the name in the "Search by name" text box.

For the single loan leave the "Print range of loans" unmarked and either key in the loan number or click the button "Choose" and choose the client from the screen as above.

You can choose to print this report "against Original Dues" or "against Current Dues" by selecting an appropriate radio-button.

Click the button "Save" to generate the report which will look like the one below or the button "Close" button to exit or close the screen.
